Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of organic Whipping (Heavy) Cream
  • 2 tablespoon of organic Powered Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of organic Vanilla Extract

How to prepare the Whipped Cream:
Keep the bowl and the beaters
in the refrigerator
Start beating the Heavy Cream at medium speed,
and add gradually the Sugar. 
Beat at high speed until soft peaks are formed (about 5 minutes max).
DO NOT OVER-BEAT, you will get butter.
Keep in refrigerator.
