- 1 cup of organic Whipping (Heavy) Cream
- 2 tablespoon of organic Powered Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of organic Vanilla Extract
How to prepare the Whipped Cream:
Keep the bowl and the beaters in the refrigerator |
Start beating the Heavy Cream at medium speed, and add gradually the Sugar. |
Beat at high speed until soft peaks are formed (about 5 minutes max). DO NOT OVER-BEAT, you will get butter. Keep in refrigerator. |
